What Credits are

Credits are the premium currency in VoidMarch. You can spend them on the features the game offers for Credits, such as officers, which give account-wide economy bonuses for a set time, resource exchange and planet relocation. The game shows the cost in Credits and a preview of the result before you confirm. A completed spend can't be undone.

Buying Credits

  • Credits are sold as in-app purchases through the App Store on iPhone and iPad and through Google Play on Android. Anyone else offering Credits isn't us.
  • The store shows the price of each Credits pack before you buy and processes payment.
  • Some packs include bonus Credits, such as a first-purchase bonus. The game shows what each pack includes before you buy, and we may change or end bonuses.

Credits rules

  • Credits are game-related digital content. When you buy Credits, you get a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them in VoidMarch for the in-game features we offer for Credits. Credits are not money, a deposit, a stored-value or prepaid account, a gift card, or a currency usable outside the game, and they are not your property.
  • Credits have no cash value. They can't be exchanged or redeemed for money or for anything outside the game, sold, or transferred or given to another player or account, except where applicable law or the store's rules require otherwise.
  • The approximate dollar amount shown next to a Credits price is there to help you compare prices. It is not a cash value of Credits or a promise to pay that amount.
  • Purchased Credits don't expire.
  • If a purchase or a spend times out, check your Credits history in the game before trying again. A dropped connection doesn't always mean the action failed.
  • If you delete your account, if we close it for a rule violation, or if a universe or the game shuts down, you lose access to unused Credits. Purchases are final; we do not promise a refund or compensation except where required by applicable law or the store’s rules.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the store’s rules. Refunds are decided by the store you bought from.

App Store purchases. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies.

Google Play purchases. You can request a refund through Google Play. Eligibility depends on the purchase and Google Play’s rules.

For help with either store, contact us at support@playvoidmarch.com with your commander name and the order number from your receipt.

When a refund is issued, we remove the refunded Credits from your balance, including any first-purchase bonus that came with them. A refund doesn't make the first-purchase bonus available again. If those Credits have already been spent, the remainder becomes a Credit debt. New Credit grants first reduce that debt. Premium spending is unavailable until the debt is cleared.

Credits missing after a purchase? Wait a few minutes and reopen the game. If they still haven't arrived, contact support@playvoidmarch.com with your commander name, the store and the order number.

These terms don't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws.
