Inside the game

Build the strength
to choose.

A fleet starts with an economy. Let your mines produce. Research your next advantage. Keep your ships and savings moving, then bring them home to invest or send them into battle. Mining, research and fleeting feed the same ambition: making your mark.

Your next move
starts at home.

Your mines keep producing while you’re away, within their storage limits. Develop them, supply enough energy and build up the resources for your next investment.

The choice

Spend now on stronger production, or save for a larger research project or fleet. Unspent resources can attract raiders, so looking after your savings is part of the plan.

Choose what
comes within reach.

Research gives your empire new capabilities. Technologies have costs and prerequisites, so each investment helps shape the fleet and opportunities you can pursue.

The choice

Advance a technology that supports your next goal. Excavation Technology, for example, unlocks attacks on pirate excavation sites and extraction with cargo ships once its requirements are met.

Fleeting · protect what you build

Keep your future
in flight.

Your ships carry more than cargo. They carry the resources you’re saving for your next big move.

Before you leave, send your movable fleet and saved resources on a suitable mission. Choose the route and speed around when you’ll be back to manage its arrival. Players call this fleet saving.

Ships in transit aren’t parked at your planet for an attacker to destroy. Once they arrive, that changes. Return timing can be visible to rivals, so fleet saving takes planning, not just a launch button.

Fleeting · seize the opportunity

Find the opening.
Bring the fleet.

A fleet left parked can become another commander’s opportunity. Scout a target, assess its defenses and decide whether the potential haul is worth your ships and fuel.

Strike on your own or coordinate an attack with other commanders. A successful fleet crash destroys enemy ships and leaves a debris field: wreckage that recyclers can collect.

The same stakes apply to you. Leave your fleet exposed and a rival can destroy it. Timing, information and knowing when to pull back matter as much as what you build.

Another reason to send your fleet

A frontier worth
holding onto.

Pirate excavation adds a resource objective to that loop. Defeat the defenders, hold the site while your ships extract resources, and decide when to leave with your haul.

Pursue it with your own fleet, hold it with allies or challenge another commander’s control. The decision keeps changing: stay for more, reinforce, or bring what you have home.
