Choose a topic

  • Report a bug

    In the game, open Help, then Support, and use Report a bug. Describe the issue and use Submit report to send it to the GameMasters. You’ll receive a ticket reference.

    Include the approximate incident time and time zone, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. You can attach up to two screenshots. The report includes commander, universe, device/app information and recent action references to help us investigate.

  • Credits and purchases

    Credit purchases are processed by Apple on iPhone and iPad and by Google Play on Android. Email us with your commander name, the store, the order number from your receipt and what went wrong. See Credits and Refunds.

  • Report a player

    Use Report on the message or player in the game. It sends us the content and context we need.

    You can block a player at any time: open a private chat with them and choose Block. Blocking stops their private messages and hides their chat messages from you.

    If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

  • Account help

    Forgotten your password? Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. If it matches an account, we’ll send a link to choose a new password. Using it signs you out of every device, so you’ll need to sign in again.

    To delete your account, see Account deletion. Uninstalling the app doesn’t delete it.

  • Privacy requests

    To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email support@playvoidmarch.com with your commander name. We may ask you to confirm you control the account before acting. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

  • Security problems

    If you’ve found a security vulnerability, email support@playvoidmarch.com with the details and please don’t test it against other players’ accounts.
